Kaya Cooper is a multidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles, CA. She creates sculptures using resin, thermoplastic, silicone, joint compound, clay, fabric, and is now learning to digitally sculpt and translate these sculptures to the physical world. After spending her formative years working as a model, she began creating sculptures in 2019. Her work explores themes of perception, identity, and systemic imbalance. Her work has been shown in multiple exhibitions at ArtCenter College of Design where she is currently completing her BFA in fine arts and is expected to graduate in the fall of 2025.
